Valve Components

All Independent Components Corp. Valve Components are manufactured to OEM standards. Valve discs, plates and springs are made of the same material as the original parts. All valve components not only physically interchange with the original valve, they are equal in performance, efficiency and life. The majority of our valve components are either made by OEM valve manufacturers or major spring manufactures.

We stock both concentric valve rings in addition to slotted valve plates. We stock dampening plates, spring buffers and other internal valve parts. Materials range from Sanvik® Stainless steel through standard high quality steel depending on the OEM requirements.

The same is true of our valve springs. Our Ingersoll Rand® Type 30 springs are of Sanvik® Stainless steel, other compression springs are made of materials such as 17-7 stainless steel, 300 or 400 series stainless steel,chrome-valedium spring material or standard spring steel material. To the best of our knowledge, all of our springs are made of the same material as the OEM.

Our channel and spring sets are made in the United States of the highest quality stainless steel.
